The mission of the TYCGIDDINGS website is to encourage all JCO 1-4 dorm staff to be good stewards of the State's trust and finances. As JCO's, we will strive for fair and honest dealings with youth, co-workers, time, and resources to reach our common goals. This is a place to connect with YOUR peers in an honest and timely manner... good and bad. This is not a place for personal vendettas or cyber-flaming others. Bitching is OK, bashing is NOT. And remember one thing: Even if nothing else we're all pretty good at keeping the kids inside the fence, at least ~ KUDOS TO ALL. A little humor is OK, too. ~ See ya at the gatehouse - Don't be late!
